BOF offset 0, XML 1.0 declaration, then !DOCTYPE declaration ‘AGSet’. A DTD for version 3.0 of the file format can be found here: https://github.com/giuliopaci/transcriber-ag/blob/master/source/etc/TransAG/TransAG-3.0.dtd. For now, PRONOM does not distinguish between different versions of TAG
