BOF offset 0, XML 1.0 declaration, then !DOCTYPE declaration ‘trans’. A DTD for version 1.4 of the file format can be found here: https://github.com/giuliopaci/transcriber/blob/master/etc/trans-14.dtd. For now, PRONOM does not distinguish between different versions of TRS.
