- BIMx is a proprietary Building Information Modelling (BIM) format produced by Graphisoft architectural software applications such as Archicad. BIMx is referred to as a ‘hyper-model’ that can contain 3D models, along with views, layouts, camera paths and project documentation. It is intended as an interactive, presentational format rather than a creative or editorial one. Graphisoft provide a standalone viewer desktop and mobile application.
